Fulbright Grant Competition Campus Endorsement Timeline
Below are the important dates to be aware of for the Fulbright U.S. Student Grant campus endorsement process. These deadlines are necessarily earlier than the national deadlines to ensure that candidates as well as the Campus Evaluation Committee have adequate time to attend to all aspects of the application development, review, endorsement, and submission processes.
The Fellowships Office will offer a series of Fulbright applicant support workshops throughout the summer to aid you during your application development process. Invitations to these sessions will be sent to those who have created an official Fulbright online application.
Please be advised that before we endorse your candidacy for an external fellowship competition, we will perform a conduct and academic honesty check to confirm that you are in good disciplinary and academic standing with the University of Rochester.
Request an appointment with the Fellowships Office.
| March-April | Submit Prospective Applicant Form (PAF); attend a Fulbright info session; meet with a Fulbright Program Advisor (FPA) for initial consultation about interests and program details: country selection, project type, etc. |
| April - May | Meet with Fulbright Program Advisor (FPA) after submission of Fellowships Preliminary Questionnaire (FPQ) for in-depth discussion of profile and application strategy.
