Resolving Conflicts
It can be difficult to manage work conflicts on your own
Sometimes, conflicts come up in our work that can be difficult to resolve. You might be faced with problems with a coworker or supervisor, feeling like you’re being discriminated against, or feeling like you’re being treated unfairly.
It can be difficult to handle some of these problems on your own. If you’ve tried your best or have asked your supervisor for help without success, there are ways you can get help through the University.
Our team of Ombuds can help guide you through the problem-solving process. Learn more about our services, or if you’re ready, contact us for support.
