Join the collective and be part of the University of Rochester LGBTQ Community group. The collective is committed to celebrating the members of our community and fostering an environment that allows people to engage in ways that are authentic to them. This group provides a space to connect with other members of the community from a variety of backgrounds to share experiences, discuss ideas, and more.

Alum Benefits

In support of our transgender and gender-expansive alums, the University of Rochester will provide a complimentary, no-cost, reprint of diplomas for members of these communities. To take advantage of this service and request a reprint of your diploma, please contact Lauren McKenna in the Office of Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement.

Events/Programs

The Office of Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement is always seeking to provide and develop opportunities that are representative of the many identities of our alum population - this includes providing specifically LGBTQ-related programs and events. Check out the Alumni Relations Event Calendar to stay up to date on events that are happening around the country and in your area of the world.

Alum Groups

There is not currently an LGBTQ Alum Network at the University of Rochester.  If you are interested in learning more about how to advocate for such a resource, please contact Alumni Relations or the LGBTQ Coordinator.
