1980

Harold (Hal) Goldstein sends an update and a photo from Howard Rudzinsky’s May 2009 wedding to Cherie Dube. Hal writes: “We weren’t sure it would ever happen but, obviously, he was just waiting for the right woman!” Rochester alumni pictured from left to right are: Stephen Jensen, Glen Mattioli, Chuck Weinstein, Ellen Servetar, Arthur Brown, Joe Sherman, Howard, Gary Mitchell ’79, Bruce Forman, Hal, and Marjorie (Marj) Panty Cotter. Not pictured but also in attendance were Rich Hodin, William (B.J.) Cotter, and Dan Hertzel.

1981

Bryan Frantz ’87M (Pdc), ’89M (MS) has been named vice president of the American Academy of Periodontology. He practices periodontics in Dunmore, Pa., near Scranton.

1984

Todd Barth, president of Bowers Properties in Houston, has been appointed by the governor of Texas to the board of trustees of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.

1988

Mindi Barth Maline writes that she is teaching as an adjunct faculty member at Northern Virginia Community College’s American Language and Culture Institute.

1989

Lisa Goltz Walsh has been appointed to the advisory board of the Western New York Women’s Fund. Lisa is a vice president of wealth management and financial planning at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. . . . Ron Battaglia (see ’92).
