Overview
The Burgett Intercultural Center (BIC) constantly works towards creating a safe and inclusive campus with the goal of making our community one in which all members can identify, comprehend, and avoid bias, stereotypes, or prejudices. To help further this goal BIC offers or supports:
- Submitting Bias Incident Reports
- A variety of educational workshops
- Opportunities to create and participate in intersectional discussion groups
- Funding and co-sponsoring events, projects, and activities
Need Support?
It is important to take care of both your physical and mental health. You can submit an individual care referral for yourself or a student in need. Students who need help are encouraged to reach out to a counselor at the University Counseling Center (UCC) or reach out the UCC Professional On-Call after hours for emergencies call 585-275-3113.
