Submit a Program
If you are an office, program, camp, or organization requesting to host a summer program, camp, and conference on the River Campus at the University of Rochester, you are required to submit a registration form for review by Monday, February 23, 2026 and receive approval before you proceed with planning.
2026 Summer Session
Dates: Monday, May 18–Friday, July 31
(River Campus summer housing is only available from May 18-July 31. Use of the residence halls outside of the date range is not permitted.)
Please note that completion of the registration form does not guarantee approval. All submissions must be reviewed by University Student Life Operations to ensure sufficient capacity and resources before the program can be approved.
