Letterheads and stationery
The University maintains a contract with Dupli as the University’s exclusive standard stationery printer. Stationery can be ordered using the Workday UR Procurement (P2P) system and creating a catalog requisition. The Dupli catalog also has a feature to request and retrieve quotes. Questions on how to create a catalog requisition or request or retrieve quotes from Dupli can be directed to the Procurement Service Center at 275-2012.
Our office must create all digital letterhead templates. Contact us to get started. We will create a Word template for your needs within the standard guidelines free of charge. Do not attempt to create your own template for letterhead or other stationery products.
