Student Mindfulness Facilitator Training

The Student Facilitator Training offered by the Mindful University Project is an ideal fit for anyone looking to learn about mindfulness, deepen their own practice, and lead mindfulness sessions themselves. The training covers the benefits of cultivating mindfulness, the history of various practices, and their practical applications in trauma-informed wellness. Those who complete the training are encouraged to join the Mindful U Committee — a space of like-minded students passionate about mindfulness. The committee aims to give students opportunities to learn and practice mindfulness through social media posts, online meetings, and in-person events!
