The Rochester chapter of the Sigma Delta Tau sorority will host their annual "Fast Feat" charity run on Saturday, April 29, at 2 p.m. on the University of Rochester River Campus. The five-kilometer race, which begins at the steps of the Wilson Commons Student Union, will benefit Prevent Child Abuse America, the sorority's national philanthropy.

For over 25 years, Prevent Child Abuse America has worked with local, state, and national groups to promote healthy parenting and community involvement. The organization also seeks to implement effective strategies for preventing child abuse.

Registration will take place outside Wilson Commons on the day of the race. Refreshments will be provided afterward, and the top two male and female finishers will receive prizes.

The entry cost is $5 per person, but large groups will receive a discount. University students can also use their Flex accounts to register. For more information call Annie Wang at 585-274-3141.
