Elevator Failure

An elevator failure is a condition in which an elevator is unsafe or is malfunctioning, possibly causing passengers inside the elevator car to be unable to exit.

In the event of an elevator failure:

1. CALL SECURITY (extension 13).
2. Tell the location of the elevator and the floor the occupants are believed to be stuck on.
3. Describe the nature of the malfunction (if known).
