Juliana Clark Janson (MBA) has been named executive director of the western New York affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. . . . Mike Szpak (MBA) has been named executive director and CEO of the sister agencies ARC of Oswego County and Oswego Industries. Most recently, Mike was vice president of operations and business development at Rochester Rehabilitation.
