“When employers [that I interviewed with] found out that TEAM students are not just typical engineers—they also understand business concepts and strategies—that made me even more attractive to hire. Employers desire valuable employees, meaning one who can wear multiple hats and solve both engineering and business problems.”

“The TEAM degree program offered me the ability to study business and engineering. This interdisciplinary education was appealing because of its usefulness in the job market and starting my own business. I like that I was able to create my own technical concentration in Biomedical Optics, combining courses from two different concentrations to tailor something to my interests.”
