- Rochester's all-time leader in sacks (29.0), tackles for loss yardage (246), yards from sacks (215) and fumble recoveries (9)
- Earned six career All-League honors – three First Team selections (across the UAA and UCAA)
- Named to three All-America teams in 2000 (USA Football, Football Gazette, CoSIDA)
- Had 17.5 sacks and 26 tackles for loss as a senior, both URochester records
- Helped team improve by five wins from rookie season to senior year

Post-Graduate:
- Began career as a math teacher and football coach
- Had stops at Blair Academy, Montclair Kimberly Academy, Riverdale and Maclay School
- Multiple football Coach of the Year accolades
- Received Master of Edcuation from New England College
- Earned Master of Arts from Concordia University
- Currently teaches math and leadership while coaching football at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy
