Student International Travel Registry

All students (graduate, undergraduate, PhD, and medical students) must register their University-sponsored international travel. This helps ensure smooth communication and rapid, consistent institutional support for travelers involved in an emergency.

 

How and where do I register?

If you are going abroad for one of the following reasons, use the Education Abroad Portal to register your travel.
If you are going abroad for one of the following reasons, you must complete the student travel registry form (see below):
  • Study abroad programs listed on CEA’s programs list.
  • University-organized travel such as:
    • Athletics
    • Faculty-Led Programs
    • Student Organizations
  • SMD Travel (credit-bearing elective, non-credit, research, etc.).
  • Individualized travel such as:
    • Academic Competitions
    • Conferences
    • Field Work
    • Professional Development
    • Research
    • Volunteer Service

Please complete the form below if you are going on an individualized or University-sponsored travel abroad program. Registration is not required if this is a personal trip, though it is optional. Please note that completing this form does not mean your travel is automatically approved. Once your form is received, the Center for Education Abroad will contact you with next steps.
