Student International Travel Registry

All students (graduate, undergraduate, PhD, and medical students) must register their University-sponsored international travel. This helps ensure smooth communication and rapid, consistent institutional support for travelers involved in an emergency.

  • Already applied in the portal: If you’ve already applied for your program through the Education Abroad Portal, you’re all set! No additional action is needed.
  • Have not applied in the portal: If you have not applied for your program through the portal but will be traveling out of the country on University-sponsored activity, please complete the form below.

 

How and where do I register?

Register via the Education Abroad Portal: If you are going abroad for one of the following reasons, you can use the Education Abroad Portal to register your travel.

  • study (courses, credit, and non-credit)
  • research
  • fieldwork
  • internships
  • faculty-led trips

Complete the Student Travel Registry Form: If you are going abroad for one of the following reasons, you must complete the student travel registry form below:

  • volunteer
  • student organizations
  • athletics
  • competitions
  • conferences
  • professional development

Please complete the form below if you have not applied for your program through the Education Abroad portal, but are going on University-sponsored travel abroad. Registration is not required if this is a personal trip, though it is optional.
