Student International Travel Registry
All students (graduate, undergraduate, PhD, and medical students) must register their University-sponsored international travel. This helps ensure smooth communication and rapid, consistent institutional support for travelers involved in an emergency.
- Already applied in the portal: If you’ve already applied for your program through the Education Abroad Portal, you’re all set! No additional action is needed.
- Have not applied in the portal: If you have not applied for your program through the portal but will be traveling out of the country on University-sponsored activity, please complete the form below.
How and where do I register?
Register via the Education Abroad Portal: If you are going abroad for one of the following reasons, you can use the Education Abroad Portal to register your travel.
- study (courses, credit, and non-credit)
- research
- fieldwork
- internships
- faculty-led trips
Complete the Student Travel Registry Form: If you are going abroad for one of the following reasons, you must complete the student travel registry form below:
- volunteer
- student organizations
- athletics
- competitions
- conferences
- professional development

Please complete the form below if you have not applied for your program through the Education Abroad portal, but are going on University-sponsored travel abroad. Registration is not required if this is a personal trip, though it is optional.
