Alan Weinhold writes with an update: “After 20 years in Key West being a slumlord, bottle washer, pool janitor, etc., I’ve sold everything except my shack on the beach. Now I can concentrate on the important things: getting up early, grabbing a cold one, and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic.”

1981

Allison Brooks Buonamassa was named managing director of the office of strategic change at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She lives in Scarsdale, N.Y., with her husband, Eric, who is an attorney, and their son, Aaron.

1982

John Zabrodksy serves as chairman of the Jamestown, N.Y., Board of Public Utilities.

1984

Michael Miloro has been named professor, interim department head, and director of the postgraduate residency training program in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Michael was also named division chief of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University Hospital.

1986

Lisa Hardy Norwood ’95W (MS) sends a photo taken after the Cross Country and Track Alumni Run during Meliora Weekend 2007. “We all ran during the 1980s and had a great time reminiscing after we caught our breath and iced our aches and pains,” she writes. 1989

James Beardsley was deployed to the Middle East while assigned to Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group Forward Hotel, based at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station in Williamsburg, Va. James’s unit performed customs inspections missions in Kuwait and Iraq. . . . Olivier and Jennifer Luce Sartor ’91 send a photo to announce the birth of their daughter, Claire, in May 2007. “She joins her brother, Broderick, five, as a proud ‘Rochesetafarian,’” Olivier writes. . . . Peter Spira writes that he has been elected to the board of directors of the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County. He also serves as the president of the Western New York Planned Giving Consortium. He has worked at UBS Financial Services for 10 years and can be reached at peter.spira@ubs.com. He lives in Buffalo with his wife and three children.
