MEET THE THESTRALS: Rochester was well-represented in the fourth annual Quidditch World Cup, the national tournament of teams playing a “muggle” version of the magical broom-based game made famous in J. K. Rowling’s Harry Potter novels. One of 46 teams in the November tourney in New York City, Rochester’s Thestrals advanced to the round of 16.
