Data and reporting requests

If you have a data, reporting, or analytics question or request, you can contact our office at OIR@rochester.edu.

When reaching out, please be as concise and as detailed as possible. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation from the Office of Institutional Research department within two business days. The standard time frame for processing ad hoc data requests is 5-10 business days assuming appropriate data permissions are in place. Complex reports and dashboards will take more time and may require more detailed specifications.

If this is a request for student data, please indicate which student populations you are looking for (school, program of study, degree, time status, demographics, current vs. census etc.). All requests for data are subject to approval and compliance with University of Rochester data governance policies.
