Faculty Annual Activity Reports

Overview

Effective January 2026, faculty members in participating schools will complete their annual activity reports through UR Faculty. Faculty Affairs Officers (FAOs) will initiate the process, enabling faculty members to access the system, complete their reports, and submit for review.

This change provides several benefits for faculty, including the ability to:

• Enter activities year-round rather than only once per year
• Customize workflows/approvals by school
• Create and customize CVs, which can be used for applying for grants/awards

Additionally, most books, articles, and publications that faculty members have produced can be pulled into the system. UR Faculty is also integrated with other systems, such as:

• UR Student (for course information)
• Helio Campus (for evaluations)
• IORA (for grants)
• Data Warehouse

Training and Support Resources

A comprehensive user guide, MyPath courses, and training videos are available for both FAOs and faculty members. Support hours are also available by appointment.
