MORE FALL CELEBRATIONS

Eastman School of Music
The Eastman School’s efforts to assemble the foremost collection of new and historic organs in North America was a featured highlight of Eastman’s biennial Alumni Weekend last September. During the three-day celebration, the organ department was the host of a special organ festival, while Chamber Music America brought a program of interactive workshops and lecture demonstrations to Eastman. Other events include a concert with special guest conductor Mitch Miller ’32E.

Medical Center
Philip A. Pizzo ’70M (MD), dean of the School of Medicine at Stanford University, delivered the George L. Engel Memorial Lecture in Medical Education as part of the School of Medicine and Dentistry and School of Nursing’s Reunion Weekend in October. The celebration’s theme was "Trailblazing: Frontiers in Medicine."
