Jason Korosec (see ’91). . . . Paula
Casey Metzler writes, “My husband, Eric, and I had a baby boy,
David Glen, on Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2003). He joins big sister, Casey,
and big brother, Matthew. I have a part-time law practice and also recently
became counsel to the New York Committee on Criminal Jury Instructions. My husband
is a partner in the law firm of Gould, Peck & Metzler in Rochester.”
1991
Luke Bellocchi has been named counsel to the Committee
on the Judiciary for the U.S. House of Representatives, after having served
at the U.S. State Department for many years as an attorney for consular issues.
In the last two years, he graduated with an M.S. from the Joint Military Intelligence
College, became a lifetime member of Mensa, attended Stefanos
Hailis’s ’93 wedding at a 16th-century church in Cyprus,
and became engaged to Heather Freedman. He also recently met up with Rochester
friends Ian Walters, Jason Korosec ’90,
and Christine Caccamise ’92, for a bike
trip by the Potomac River through Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.

Di Loreto writes, “I am still working and living in Chicago—it
was 10 years in 2003. It is looking like we will be here for a long time. My
wife, Laura, and I, and our daughter, Sofia, 3 1/2, welcomed our second baby
girl, Nina Gioia, in 2002. She is starting to walk and talk now. I am still
working as a software developer and trying to get up the gumption to start my

Ferreri-Jacobia writes, “After completing postdoctoral fellowships
at the University of Pennsylvania, my husband, Scott, and I moved back to Buffalo
(where we received our Ph.D.s in 2000) in fall 2002, with our then 2 1/2 year-old
daughter, Elizabeth Rose.” Their second daughter, Katherine Anne, was
born last November 19. Michelle is the virus protection manager at ZeptoMetrix,
and Scott is a scientist at Invitrogen. . . . Roberta
Engbar Linkow writes that she and her husband, Aaron, “are the
proud parents of a baby girl. Shira Esther made her debut into the world on
February 22.” This is their first child. . . . Philip
Nel is the author of Dr. Seuss: American Icon. . . . Philip
Pecora ’95S (MBA) is president and CEO of New Genesee Regional
Bank in East Rochester. . . . Dori Markoff Sedransk and
her husband, Noel, had their first child, Owen, on November 27, 2002. They celebrated
his first birthday on Thanksgiving Day in 2003.

Conover Bang ’97 announce the birth of their son, Alexander Jonathan,
on November 4, 2003. Chris is in the radiology residency program at Strong Memorial
Hospital, and Natasha is a certified social worker for Genesee Mental Health.
. . . Donna Partridge and Brian
Colwell ’95 were married October 11, 2003, in Holley, N.Y. Donna
is a registered nurse at Strong Memorial Hospital. Brian works at Eastman Kodak
Co. . . . Elizabeth Tobin writes, “My partner,
Kathleen Ostar, and I had a union on July 12, 2003. It was held at Spiritus
Christi Church in Rochester.” Alumnae in attendance were Megan

Tracey Bartholomew, Christy Prame Hershkowitz ’95,

Stephanie Block and Dennis Eagan were married
on November 15, 2003, in Newark, N.J. Stephanie is a lead editor at Automatic
Data Processing. Dennis is president of Trusted Tile. . . . Brian
Colwell (see ’94). . . . Robert and
Melissa Sands Schrader announce the birth of their
daughter, Lucie Marie, on September 13, 2003. Melissa writes, “Lucie joins
her big brother, Matthew Robert, who was born on September 15, 2002. Matthew
was placed with us for adoption the day after his birth, and his adoption became
final on December 9, 2003. I am delighted to be a very busy full-time, at-home
mom, while Bob enjoys managing a serology lab at a biotech company in Cambridge,
Mass. We live in my hometown of East Bridgewater and think of our Rochester
friends often.” . . . Josh Shapiro is running
for a seat in the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Josh says his political career
actually began at Rochester, when he was elected student body president as a

Dan Brodsky and Stacy Levy were married on July
20, 2003, in New Rochelle, N.Y. Dan writes that they live in Westchester County,
where he teaches elementary school. . . . Bradley Gardner
(see ’58). . . . Marine Corps Captain Thomas McGee
received the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal while assigned to the
First Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, First Marine Division. Thomas
served as a communications officer during the war in Iraq. . . . Jane
Ryan and Eugene Stryker were married on October 10, 2003, in Auburn,
N.Y. . . . Sarah Sinha and Jonas Paterno announce
their engagement. Sarah is a manager with Cap, Gemini, Ernst & Young in
New York City. Jonas is a consultant with Barrasso Consulting in Westfield,
N.J.

Natasha Conover Bang (see ’94). . . . Casey
Creely and Christopher Carrigan were married on August 23, 2003, in Rochester.
Casey is a material safety data sheets specialist at Kodak, and Christopher
is a business analyst at Xerox. . . . Mark Drapeau
received his Ph.D. in biological sciences from the University of California
at Irvine last June. Since 1997, he has published a number of scientific articles,
commentary, and book reviews. He lives in Greenwich Village in New York, where
he works as a research scientist. Mark is also writing his first book. . . .
Susanne Grossman Lamb and her husband, Kevin,
welcomed their first child, Rachel Adina, on December 27, 2003. . . . Caurie
Miner Putnam ’98W (MS) writes, “My husband, Art, and I are
pleased to announce the birth of our first child. Brice Arthur was born on November
4, 2003 (Election Day). Friends are invited to visit his online
photo album.”

Kevin Axx writes, “In June, I will finish
a general dentistry residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset,
Long Island. In September, I will move to Philadelphia to begin a two-year fellowship
in endodontics at Temple University.” . . . Kenneth
Bianchi and Amy Bosdyk were married on October 25, 2003, in Greece, N.Y.
Kenneth is the owner of Omni Security, and Amy is a physical therapist at the
Mary Cariola Children’s Center. . . . Steven Stagnitto
’03S (MBA) and Erin Myers were married September 13, 2003, at the Interfaith
Chapel at Rochester. Steven is a senior lab engineer in the University’s
Laboratory for Laser Energetics, and Erin is a medical social worker at Genesee
Region Home Care Hospice of Rochester.

Alyse Behrman writes, “I obtained my master’s
degree in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
in 2001. Jeff Sabina and I were married on June
15, 2003, and we currently live in New Haven, Conn., where Jeff is pursuing
his Ph.D. in biochemistry at Yale University.” Alumni at their wedding

N.Y. Sara writes, “I am currently getting my Ph.D. in paleontology from
the University of Southern California, and David completed his master’s
degree in urban planning at USC. He works as a real estate consultant at Kosmont
Partners. We live in Marina del Rey, Calif.” . . . Jack
