Michael Koenig has joined the Albany office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the litigation department.

1991

Matt Howard and Mary Tweedie report that they both received M.B.A.s from the University of Chicago this March. . . . Lars Yoder ’95S (MBA) has been named a vice president and manager at Texas Instruments.

1992

Roberta Engbar Linkow and her husband, Aaron, send a photo of their children, Shira (3), Dahlia (18 months) and Sadie (18 months). They live in Denver.

1993

William Humnicky ’94S (MBA) writes that he has joined the State Department as a foreign service officer specializing in economics. His first posting is to the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal, this June. . . . Tom and Yongsun Ra-Hurka send an update: He is a partner at the law firm of Baker & McKenzie in Chicago; she is an internist and assistant clinical professor at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. . . . Matthew Parrinello and his wife, Hillarie, write to announce the birth of their twin sons, Jack Thomas and Spencer John, on March 23, 2006. Enjoying them at home are their brother, Lincoln, and sister, Adyson (Addy). Matthew is a partner at the law firm of Redmond and Parrinello in Rochester. . . . Dana Troetel and her husband, George Papageorge ’94, send a photo to announce the birth of their first child, Julian William Papageorge, on January 14.

1994

Elaine McGirr, a lecturer in English and drama at the University of London, is the author of Eighteenth-Century Characters, published by Palgrave. The book offers a brief introduction to the literature of the 18th century, using character types as its starting point. . . . George Papageorge (see ’93).

1995

David Becker and his wife, Tracey, send a photo to announce the birth of their first child, Molly, in October 2005. David writes that he married Tracey in March 2003 in Chicago. Groomsmen included Jonathan Rosenberg ’93 and John Petrillo. Also in attendance were Andrew Tarab ’93, Adam Brown ’93, Tania Hedlund ’93, Jonathan ’94 and Nathalie Eluard Hurwitz ’96, Jackie Goldberg Cohen, Jamie Warner, Douglas Conover ’96, Jeffrey Horrigan ’97, and Abraham Dewing ’93. David and Tracey live in Chicago, where he is an attorney with Freeborn & Peters. . . .

Stephen Faraci and his wife, Katherine, send a photo to announce the birth of their son, Stephen (Matthew) Faraci Jr., on February 25, 2007. He weighed 5 pounds, 13 oz. and was 18.5 inches long. The family lives in Richmond, Va.

. . . Michael Goldman, his wife, Jill, and daughter, Farah, announce the birth of Peyton, Farah’s sister, on January 23. Peyton is the third granddaughter for Arnold ’69 and Barbara Gutmann Goldman ’70, ’70N. . . . Jennifer Jones sends a photo from her wedding to Scott Malouf on September 2, 2006, in Holley, N.Y. Jennifer writes that she and Scott were proud to have the University a cappella group Midnight Ramblers perform during the reception (“You guys were amazing and the hit of the wedding. Thanks!”) Jennifer works as a trainer at an intellectual property law firm and Scott works as a lawyer and business entrepreneur. Aaron and Nicole Oleksa Hilger send a photo of their triplets (Emma, Alex, and Sophie) after their first trip to the University bookstore, where, Nicole writes, she and Aaron “got them ready to enter undergrad studies for the Class of 2026!”

. . . Ramon Rivera-Servera writes that he will be leaving Arizona State University to join the faculty at the Department of Performance Studies at Northwestern University.

1997

Mark Bergman has been elected regional vice president of the Adirondack region of the New York State Association of Realtors. He is also president-elect of the Warren County (N.Y.) Association of Realtors and broker/owner of Bergman Real Estate in North Creek, N.Y. . . . Joanna Bloom Josephson and her husband, Ben, send a photo of their daughter, Julia Lynn, who was born December 22, 2006. . . .

Allison McAndrew married Morris Masinter on November 11, 2006, in Atlanta. After many years of forensic and litigation consulting, Allison is a senior risk manager for brand marketing at Capital One Financial Corp. She and Morris live in Roanoke, Va.
