Marjorie Chapin writes that the annual luncheon of ’50 nursing alumni, held at the Olive Garden in Lakeland, Fla., will be on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. The note reminding classmates of the annual get-together in the July-August issue reported an incorrect date.

Christine Palarca had her study, “Building From Within: Identifying Leadership Competencies for Future Navy Nurse Executives,” published in the July/September 2008 issue of Nursing Administration Quarterly. A Sigma Theta Tau member, she works in Washington, D.C., as a lieutenant commander in the Navy Nurse Corps.
