Eleven Inducted into Rochester’s Hall of Fame
HONOREES: The Department of Athletics and Recreation recognized the 2008 inductees into the Hall of Fame this fall. The honorees were (front row) Peter Blanck ’79 (squash); Joseph Miller ’58 (football); Susan Penepent ’88 (basketball); Warren Heard ’44 (football and basketball); and John Cranch ’43 (swimming, soccer, and track & field); (back row) Francis Caravaglio ’61 (football and baseball); William Weiss ’78 (tennis); Daniel Leary ’83 (basketball); Jo Ann Johnston Allender ’89 (women’s soccer); Kenneth DeHaven, senior associate dean for clinical affairs at the Medical Center and a team physician for the Yellowjackets for 30 years; and James Dunlop ’92 (cross country and track & field).
