Faculty Senate Meetings

The full Faculty Senate convenes at least eight times a year between September and May. Faculty Senate meetings are open to all voting-eligible faculty. Meetings are traditionally held on Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. as notated in the Faculty Senate Bylaws.

Agendas of Faculty Senate meetings are set by the Senate Executive Committee and distributed to all voting-eligible faculty prior to a full Faculty Senate meeting.

Committee Meetings

The Senate Executive Committee traditionally meets the week before and week after a full Faculty Senate meeting. As with the Faculty Senate meetings, Senate Executive Committee meetings are traditionally held on Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. as described in the Faculty Senate Bylaws.

Committee meetings are determined by each committee.
