Dear fellow members,
The last two years have especially highlighted the strength and dedication the University of Rochester community has in making life ever better. Health care workers, researchers, staff and faculty are working day in and day out, dedicated to our mission to learn, discover, heal and create.
On Thursday May 5th, the University and Medical Center will be celebrating their annual Day of Giving. As a George Eastman Circle member, I encourage you to participate by renewing your membership, making a pledge payment, considering a challenge gift or an additional gift on this important day.
The University of Rochester is a proud, inspired community of leaders, thinkers, and change-makers, and you are an integral part. Thank you for staying involved through your membership, and for investing in the future.

George Eastman Circle member spotlight: Andrea Tolmich Shalhoub
Eastman School of Music alumna Andrea Tolmich Shalhoub ’69E, created a George Eastman Circle scholarship to support a music education major. Honor our Nurses
Nurses are the heart of our health care teams. Every day, they’re making crucial care decisions, supporting families, and saving lives. Through the University’s new Honor our Nurses campaign, you can go online to leave a special thank you message for a nurse who has made a difference in your life. Donations can also be made to a special fund that will support continuing education for University of Rochester Medical Center and affiliate nurses, as well as School of Nursing students. #honorOURnurses
