A complaint, compliment, or suggestion can be made at any time by letter, telephone, this online feedback form, or in person at 612 Wilson Blvd (DPS Headquarters). Any on-duty Public Safety supervisor can accept your comments. All comments are forwarded to the Chief of Public Safety for review, and in the case of formal complaints, assignment for investigation. With regards to complaints, the complainant will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the complaint and receive additional information on the investigative process.
