Additionally, each department at the University of Rochester is assigned a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve employees’, management’s and leadership’s HR needs, and to partner with leadership to build a strong workforce and work environment.
HRBPs are immersed in the day-to-day of each department and effectively understand their unique needs and issues. HRBPs provide partnership and counsel in areas such as policy adherence, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, employee and leadership development, succession planning, and organizational development.
