To request a replacement diploma for an undergraduate degree in the School of Arts & Sciences or the Hajim School of Engineering & Applied Sciences submit the online form through our diploma vendor, Paradigm, using the Credential Request Portal. Select “AS&E Undergraduate Paper Replacement” from the Available Products menu.
Diploma orders are placed twice a month on the 1st and 15th.
