- Captained the soccer team for two years and the basketball team
for one year
- Played as the sweeper back for the 1986 National Championship

- Earned a B.A. in Psychology in 1986 and a Master's Degree in
Human Development in 1987
- Awarded the Merle Spurrier Award for Leadership, Enthusiasm,
and Service - 1985-86

- Assistant women's soccer coach at Mary Washington College in
Virginia, 1987-91
- Director of Residential Education and an assistant women's
soccer coach at St. Lawrence University, 1991-93
- Alcohol and drug counselor at Paul Smith's College in 1993
- Named Head women's basketball coach at Paul Smith's College in
1994 and was Head women's soccer coach in 1995-97
- Women's basketball coach and assistant professor at Plattsburgh
State University since 1997
- Named Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Women's
Administrator in 2001
