At Rochester:
- 4-year starter and 3-time captain for men's soccer team.
- 2-time All-Region and 3-time All-UAA honoree.
- UAA Rookie of the Year in 2000.
- Ranks second in team history with 27 assists and is fourth with nine game-winning goals.
- Single-season record 13 assists during 2002.
- Helped the Yellowjackets to four ECAC Northeast Regional titles.
Post-Graduate:
- Taught at Dake Junior HS while coaching for the Rochester Junior Rhinos and UR men's soccer team before coaching at Nazareth for five seasons.
- Named Northeast Development Academy Coach of the Year in 2012 while coaching with Empire United DA.
- Coached with Columbus Crew SC of Major League Soccer (MLS) and was Central Development Academy Coach of the Year in 2018.
- Helped Columbus Crew to MLS Cup Championship in 2020.
- Current Assistant Coach with FC Dallas of MLS.
