At Rochester:
- Attended the University as a Casey-Long Alumni Scholarship winner
- Four-year letterman in football
- Starting halfback and leading rusher as a freshman (1952) on the University's first undefeated football team
- Started on both offense and defense over the next three years
- Elected captain senior year
- Little All-America Honorable Mention in 1955
- Four letters for baseball
- Starting third baseman freshman year
- Played third, short, and pitched over the next three seasons
- First recipient of the Louis Alexander Alumni Award (1956)
- Earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and commissioned Second Lieutenant, USAF, 1956
Post-Graduate:
- Active duty USAF-Air refueling flight crew
- Design Engineer at General Dynamics Corporation
- Senior Marketing Representative and Account Executive for IBM Corporation, 1961-90
- Director of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Program, Monroe Community College, 1990-93
- Passed away in November, 2022
