At Rochester:

  • Became the leading ground gainer playing fullback and linebacker his freshman year
  • Became the starting tight end and linebacker for the Varsity Football team
  • Was the leading pass receiver and scored the leading touchdown in a rivalry game against Hobart
  • Earned ECAC Team and Athlete of the Week in both 1966 and 1967
  • Was the leading ground gainer with over 700 yards in seven game in 1967
  • His blocking tandem with tackle Dick Miller helped fullback Ted Fink earn All-America honors
  • Three games of 100+ years rushing in 1967 (Hamilton, Williams, Union) and 90+ vs. Denison

Post Graduate:

  • Served as an assistant football coach and teacher at Aquinas Institute and later was the head coach and teacher at Newfane High School
  • Pursued a career in business with Bausch and Lomb and participated in the introduction of sot contact lenses in the United States
  • President of Pharmacia Inc.’s ophthalmic division that changes the way cataract surgery was performed
  • Current owner and president of Scandinavian Leadership Inc
  • Married to former Susan Forsyth with three daughters, Meghan Dunningan, Whitney King, and Brooke Frapwell ‘96
