  • Four-year letterman in football, basketball, and baseball who was introduced to the University's athletic program by his father, "Spike," at the age of seven
  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1949

Post-Graduate:

  • Earned his M.D. at SUNY Syracuse in 1953
  • Internship at Rochester General Hospital, 1953-54
  • Captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, 1954-56
  • Started a family practice in Clifton Springs, NY in July, 1956 and is till actively practicing medicine at the same location
  • Member of both the American Medical Society and the New York State Medical Society
  • Fellow, American Academy of Family Practice
  • Member, Ontario County Medical Society
  • Physician for Phelps-Clinton Springs Central School District
  • Ontario County Coroner
  • Past president and one of the founders of the Clifton Springs Country Club
  • Passed away in April, 2013
