- Business manager of his yearbook and class orator as a senior
- Captained the basketball team in 1915-16
Post-Graduate:
- President, and Director of the Lawyer's Cooperative Publishing Company in 1948-60 and served that organization for 43 years
- Former Chairman of the Board of Central Trust Company
- Member, Board of Trustees of RIT, Rochester General Hospital, Rochester Friendly Home, Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and Preservation Society
- Selected to the National Basketball Hall of Fame Veterans Division in Springfield, MA
- Received awards from the Stadium Club of Rochester, the Outstanding Trustee Award from RIT, the National Distinguished Eagle Scout Award, and the Nathaniel Rochester Society Award
- Served on the University's Board of Trustees from 1953-72
- President of the Alumni Association from 1942-43
- Leader in every fund drive
- Passed away in July, 1986
