- Held the school record for the javelin throw

- Described at one time as "one of the most accomplished guards ever to wear the Rochester colors"
- Member of Keidaeans
- President of the freshman class
- Graduated in 1931 with an A.B.
Post-Graduate:
- Chairman and Treasurer of Hedges Memorial Chapel, Inc., which was founded by his grandfather, Elihu Hedges
- Passed away in August, 1995
