Received Master's Degree in Engineering from Rochester in 1950, Ph.D. from Cornell in 1954
Started 35-year career in nuclear power plant design, construction, and operation at General Electric's Knolls Power Laboratory in Schenectady and continued in San Diego, CA, and more than 20 nuclear plant sites throughout the nation
Retired in 1990, but continues as a consultant in management, engineering, and project management
