- Earned the Terry Prize
- Awarded a baccalaureate degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1943
- Completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 1970
Post-Graduate:
- Worked at Eastman Kodak Company from 1946 until his retirement in 1983
- Named Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Kodak Park in 1975
- Promoted to General Manager in 1976
- Member of the Board of Directors of Park Ridge Hospital since 1973; Chairman of the Board 1986-1990
- Also served on the Board of Park Ridge Foundation, Eastman Savings & Loan Association, GeVa Theater, and Upstate Health Systems
- Former President Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials
- Member of the University's Honorary Trustees' Council from 1982 to the present; Chairman, 1981-1982
