At Rochester:
- Four-year starter for the football team
- Helped team to prominent ranking in the ECAC Lambert Cup standings in 1970
- Won the University of Rochester's Ball-Keating Award for Most Valuable Offensive Lineman
- Set the table for his teammates to achieve great success in their positions

- Graduated from Albany Law School in 1975
- Currently president and CEO of the New York Health Plan Association
