At Rochester:
- Outstanding sprinter for track and field teams who earned six All-America honors including 1986 NCAA Division III National Championship in 55-meter dash
- All-America honors in 100-yard dash three times, including best-ever third-place finish in 1985
- All-America honors twice in the 55-meter (third as a junior, champion as a senior) and once in the 200-meter dash (sixth as a senior)
- New York State champion in indoor 55 as a junior, outdoors in 100- and 200-meter dashes as a senior
- Holds six individual and two relay records at Rochester
- Finalist for Rochester Press-Radio Club College Sportswoman of the Year, 1984
- Dean's List three semesters
- Earned dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology in 1986, and a certificate in Personal Management Studies
Post-Graduate:
- Worked at Xerox Corporation, 1986-89 in New York and California
- Joined Frazee Industries in 1989
- Has risen through the Human Resources ranks to current position of Human Resources Manager
- Received YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) award in 1995
- Won Frazee Industries Superior Performance Award in 1996
