At Rochester:

  • Four-year starter at defensive tackle on the football team
  • Recognized by his coaches for his spirited and aggressive play
  • Defensive Player of the Year in 1979-80
  • Defensive Player of the Week several times
  • Selected for the ECAC All Star Team at defensive tackle
  • Awarded the Lyle Spike Garnish Scholarship for student athletes

Post-Graduate:

  • Attended Penn State’s Dickenson School of Law graduating in 1984
  • Began Minora & Minora, a practice that has now grown to nine attorneys and over 18 total employees
  • Responsible for the title work on the $150,000,000 Steamtown Mall project, the largest downtown development project in the history of the City of Scranton
  • Currently represents the Scranton School District as General Counsel with a $130M budget and 1,300 employees
  • He and his wife, Kathy, live in Moosic, Pennsylvania, and have two grown children
