- Four-year letterwinner and honoree with the women's soccer team
- Part of both NCAA Division III National Championship teams (1986, 1987)
- Named NCAA Freshman of the Year (all divisions) in 1985
- All-State four years
- All-University Athletic Association three times
- Two-time NSCAA All-Region
- First Team NSCAA All-American as a senior as well as an Academic All-American
- Nominated for Local College Sportswoman of the Year in 1989
- Received the Merle Spurrier Award and the Lyle "Spike" Garnish Scholar Award
- Graduated from the University with a degree in Biology in 1989
Post-Graduate:
- Earned her D.D.S. from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1993
- Earned Certificate of General Practice Residency from Denver (CO) Health Medical Center in 1994 from The Children's Hospital of Denver for a residency in pediatric dentistry in 1997
- Worked as a general dentist in Thornton, CO from 1994-95
- Currently Partner/Pediatric Dentist at Young Dentistry for Children, L.L.C. in Westminster, CO and Lousville, CO
- Member of the Board of Directors for Metro Denver Dental Society
