Gregory Perry
'87
At Rochester:
- A four-year All-American in golf, who for 19 years, held the University's highest individual finish at the NCAA Division III Golf Championships
- Honorable Mention All-American as a freshman after finishing 33rd (team finished 8th)
- Third Team all-American as a sophomore with 22nd place finish. Helped Yellowjackets to the Northeastern Intercollegiate Championships and a best-ever 7th-place finish
- First Team All-American as a junior (4th place overall), setting NCAA tournament records for lowest round and most strokes under par with a 5-under 66
- NCAA Division III National Runnerup in 1987 and repeated as a First Team All-American
Post-Graduate:
- Won the Syracuse Herald-American championships in 1987
- Played locally in the Syracuse District Golf circuit and was champion in 1988
- Began working at Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor in 1989 and is celebrating his 17th year there
