Elizabeth "Libbie" Tobin
1994
At Rochester:
- Two-time All-American NSCAA/Umbro, All-East, and UAA Player of the Year for soccer
- Led the soccer team to four UAA Championships
- Also led the team to four appearances at the NCAA Championships, finishing 2nd in 1991
- She was also a phenomenal basketball player as an All-UAA honoree
- She was the National DIII Player of the Week in BasketballGazette/USA Today
- Set UR career records in free throws (4th), assists (6th), steals (9th), and scoring (705 points)
- Earned both the Merle Spurrier and Lysle "Spike" Garnish Awards
- Graduated with a BA in political science
Post-Graduate:
- Head soccer coach at West Virginia Wesleyan College DII (1995-1997)
- Head soccer coach at Robert Morris College DI (1997-2001)
- Teacher at Wilson Magnet High School since 2004
- Head soccer coach at Penfield High School since 2002, earning two AAA Sectional titles in 2006 and 2009
- Lives with spouse Kathleen and three children: Izze, Hillary, and Lindsay
