At Rochester:
- Four-year starter at quarterback in football and as a pitcher/shortstop in baseball
- Co-captain of football for one year and baseball for two
- Named an All-American in football twice (AP Little All-America Team and Pizza Hut (now Champion) All-America Team
- Held 17 University passing records at the time of his graduation
- Records included 5,200 passing yards, at the time only the fifth player in New York State to surpass 5,000 yards and most yards passed in a game - 398
- Team MVP for football team once and baseball team twice
- Had a career .336 average
- On the mound, he was 8-4, including a one-hitter
- Won the Louis Alexander Alumni Award as the senior who contributes the most to the life of the College through athletics and other student activities
- President of Theta Delta Chi fraternity
- Won a Student Life Award for University Service
- Earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1986
Post-Graduate:
- Vice President of Sales for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Central New York Region
- Selected 2000 Young Marketer of the Year by the National Alliance for Healthcare Strategy and Marketing for exemplary leadership and performance
- Served as Corporate Advisory Council member for the Monroe County Special Olympics
- Served as board member for the Rochester Presbyterian Home
