At Rochester:
- Started every game for the men's basketball team over a three-year varsity career
- Scored in double figures in 54 of the 56 games that he played
- Led team in scoring average sophomore through senior seasons (14 ppg. as a sophomore, 18 ppg. as a junior, 16 ppg. as a senior) in an era without the three-point goal or the shot clock
- Broke the existing Palestra scoring record by tallying 35 points in a win over St. Lawrence (26 in the first half)
- Scored 27 points in an upset win over Niagara
- Earned recognition in Sports Illustrated in his senior year for leading the nation in field goal percentage
- Team had a cumulative 28-8 record over his last two years
- Graduated from the University in 1965 with a degree in Industrial Management
Post-Graduate:
- Assistant Director of Development at the University from 1968-72
- Associate Director of Alumni Relations at Washington (MO) University from 1972-75
- Director of Annual Giving at the University of Bridgeport from 1975-77
