Ralph Stroup (MD) writes: “I’ve returned from my third trip to Kenya, where I’ve been helping develop primary care infrastructure among the Maasai living in Laikipia North and East, in the central highlands of Kenya. I also spent two weeks in April in Swaziland as part of the American Urological Association Circumcision Task Force, performing circumcisions in a clinic as part of an HIV/AIDS initiative supported by the World Health Organization, the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, and the U.S. Agency for International Development.”
