Voice of a Customer Workshop

Join Ain Center Associate Director Natalie Antal, Senior Program Manager Matt Spielmann, and student entrepreneur Max Sims to discover the benefits of listening – really listening – to potential clients. What do your future customers want? What can you do to help them get it?
This workshop is part of a day of collaboration around the Grand Challenges program. Students from UR, RIT and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry will be attending. The National Academy of Engineering (NAE) Grand Challenges are inspired by 14 broad problems facing society in sustainability, health, security, and knowledge. Solutions to these problems will require interdisciplinary teams and years of sustained effort.
