Practical Competence Workshops
Workshops and experiences under the Practical Competence domain focus on all or some of the concepts or skills below:
- Pursuing goals
- Communicating effectively
- Technological competence
- Managing personal affairs
- Managing career development demonstrating professionalism
- Maintaining health and wellness
- Living a purposeful and satisfying life
To record one of the approved workshops, programs, or events below as your level one practical competence workshop in CCC you must be enrolled in the Medallion Program on CCC. You can only count one Medallion-approved experience toward your level one progress.
Workshops, events, or programs listed under multiple domains can only fulfill one of the domains under which it is listed.

Workshops are on a first come first serve basis. Register for Workshops on the Medallion Program CCC page. Go to the Medallion CCC page, scroll down to the "Events" section, click on the workshop you wish to attend and then RSVP to the workshop.
All workshops are held in Douglass Commons, room 401 (unless otherwise stated below). Dates are subject to change; visit this website and see advertisements for updated dates and times.

If you are interested in co-sponsoring a Medallion Program workshop, please fill out this form. Co-sponsoring a Medallion Workshop means you agree to send five or more members to the workshop and help advertise the workshop.
Co-sponsoring workshops are on a first-come, first-served basis. Filling out the form does not guarantee co-sponsorship. You will receive an email informing you of your co-sponsorship status after you submit the form.
