You are required to register for Fall 2024 Welcome Week by Monday, August 5. When completing your form, make sure to add all guests who will be attending family Welcome Week events, so they can be added to your registration.

Fall Welcome Week
Fall Welcome Week is not just for your student! Learn more about the events and activities taking place especially for parents and family members during the in-person component of your student's orientation. Attend panels and Q&A sessions, meet fellow incoming families, and connect with University leadership and staff during this three-day program.
The Welcome Week app is the main tool for viewing Fall Welcome Week events. Customize your own event schedule and use the filter functionality to find events especially for international students, transfer students, parents and families, and exchange students. The app also features campus resources, recommendations and tips from your Orientation Leaders, and arrival day information. If you are driving to campus, make sure to follow the instructions for getting to campus on your selected arrival day. After completing the Residential Life check-in and move-in process, please park in the following locations on Monday, August 19 and Tuesday, August 20:

If you are parking in Zone 3 South Lot, the University's Silver Line shuttle will be running from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. to transport you to the center of campus.
